MISSION

Our mission is to establish a vibrant, seasonal North Spokane farmers market where neighbors can connect weekly with local growers, artisan food producers, and crafters in a festive, nurturing environment.

VISION

To revitalize and complete the Fairwood District in North Spokane with new shops, mixed-use development, a sustainable farmers market, and bicycle-friendly trails, thus making it a connected, pedestrian-friendly community. The redevelopment will involve multiple stakeholders and should capitalize on Fairwood’s proximity to the Little Spokane River, Mead Schools, the historic Bozarth Mansion, the Kalispel Golf and Country Club, and the new Children of the Sun trail along the North Spokane Corridor.

Every donation makes our market as vibrant, supportive, and community-oriented as possible!

K.E.R.N.E.L Sponsor: Children are encouraged to enjoy the farmers’ market! Every week there will be a special learning activity led by the Spokane County Library, and at the end of the activity, each child gets a $2 KERNEL voucher to spend on healthy food! Your sponsorship of $25 will support 10 children!

Music Sponsor: $150 dollars will support a local musician or band who serenades shoppers at the market every week!

Market Day Sponsor: If you or your company would like to sponsor a market for a day, here’s your opportunity! We will partner with you in highlighting your business on our website, social media, and posters throughout the market. We also welcome you to set up a 10x10 booth for the day to talk with our market shoppers! $600 will provide everything we need to make this market day special.

Community Sponsor: Our community is full of business owners who support our market and believe it is an integral part of creating and building community!
